Welcome to Linkly. By accessing or using our platform at https://vcard.linkly.li, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
• "Company" refers to Linkly, operated from Andhra Pradesh, India.
• "Service" refers to the digital business card platform accessible at https://vcard.linkly.li.
• "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "vCard" means a digital business card created using our platform.
• "NFC Card" means the physical Near Field Communication card optionally purchased through our platform.
By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Linkly offers the following subscription plans:
• Free Trial: 30-day trial with limited features and templates.
• Basic Plan: ₹499/year — 1 vCard, 15 templates, basic features.
• Pro Plan: ₹999/year — 2 vCards, all templates, advanced features.
• Business Plan: ₹3,999/year — 5 vCards, all features, priority support.
• Lifetime Plan: ₹2,499/lifetime — 2 vCards, all features, priority support.
Plan features are subject to change. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email.
Users may optionally order physical NFC business cards through Linkly. NFC cards are physical products and are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund Policy. Each NFC card is linked to the user's digital vCard profile.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Linkly platform are owned by or licensed to Linkly. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Linkly a non-exclusive license to display such content as part of the Service.
Users must not use the Service to:
• Upload or share illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Linkly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
