Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Linkly, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans (Free Trial, Basic, Pro, and Business) are digital services delivered immediately upon payment.

1.1 Refund Eligibility

•     Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

•     Refunds are only considered if the service is technically inaccessible or non-functional due to our error.

•     No refunds will be issued for change of mind or unused subscription periods.

•     Free Trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is involved.

1.2 Non-Refundable Cases

•     Subscriptions that have been partially or fully used.

•     Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

•     Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase.

2. NFC Physical Cards

NFC cards are physical products manufactured and shipped on order. The following refund terms apply:

2.1 Eligible for Refund or Replacement

•     Defective or damaged NFC cards upon delivery — photo proof required within 48 hours.

•     Wrong product delivered — report within 48 hours of delivery.

•     NFC chip not functioning as expected — report within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

•     Change of mind after the order has been processed.

•     Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.

•     Custom-printed cards where the design was approved by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

NFC card orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@linkly.li with:

•     Your registered email address and order ID.

•     Reason for the refund request.

•     Supporting evidence (screenshots or photos if applicable).

We will respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
