Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical NFC business cards ordered through the Linkly platform at https://vcard.linkly.li. Digital subscription plans and vCards are delivered instantly online and are not subject to this policy.

1. Order Processing

•     NFC card orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

•     Custom-designed cards may require an additional 1-2 business days for design approval.

•     Orders are not processed on public holidays and weekends.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship NFC cards across India. International shipping may be available on request — please contact us at support@linkly.li for international orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

•     Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 business days.

•     Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 5-7 business days.

•     Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

•     Free shipping on all NFC card orders within India.

•     International shipping charges will be calculated and communicated at the time of order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@linkly.li with your order ID. We will investigate and provide an update within 2 business days.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your NFC card arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

9. NFC Card Activation

After receiving your NFC card, your digital vCard profile will be linked and activated. If you face any issues with NFC functionality, please contact our support team at support@linkly.li.
